Using the results from the Operations Review, we will facilitate a one-on-one session to help you:

  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of your current operations

  • Identify quick wins that align with your objectives (up to 3 included in review)

  • Hold an interactive 90-minute workshop

  • Develop a plan to implement these initiatives

Demand Management

  • Coordinating new demand and adapting to market changes.

  • Creating and updating demand plans, tracking customer activities and influencing customer behaviours.

  • Maintaining a product catalogue and facilitating corrective action planning.

Financial Management

  • Using costs in scenario planning, budgeting and conducting what-if analysis.

Supply Management

  • Aligning manufacturing capabilities with demand and managing labour, machines, BOMs and
    routes.

  • Emphasising supplier agility, managing order lifecycle and maintaining cost and lead time data.

  • Setting targets, making stocking decisions, conducting segmentation analysis and managing slow-moving stock.

  • Performing stock taking, cycle counting and capacity management.

  • Operations and Efficiency Diagnostic results

  • One Page Plan identifying up to 3 areas for operational improvement and a clear roadmap of how you can achieve these improvements
