We aim to address gender biases and create opportunities for women to advance into senior leadership roles, making our workplace more inclusive and diverse.

The Mentoring Program for the Advancing Women in Manufacturing Leadership initiative is designed to empower and support emerging female leaders in the manufacturing industry. Through this one-on-one mentoring session, participants will gain valuable insights, guidance, and encouragement from experienced professionals who are passionate about fostering growth and leadership.
